Returns and Exchanges
This Returns Exchanges Policy only applies to online purchase on hyggerium.com.
While weβre sure youβll love what youβve ordered, we understand that sometimes you might have second thoughts. To make a return for a refund or exchange, youβll need to follow the instructions set out below.
Exchanging an Item
If youβd like to exchange an item, you need to email us at hyggerium@gmail.com explaining the reason for your exchange request. Merchandise may be exchanged within 10 days from receipt of delivery/collection and refund in the form of store credit.
It is important that the item(s) and any packaging and tags which the goods came with/in are in good condition. If the item(s) are deemed to have a manufacturing fault a refund (in the form of store credit) may be issued. Proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges to clearly state that the item(s) were purchased from hyggerium.com. There will be a 5% transaction fee for any cancellation.

We recommend that you return items using a trackable postage method. Hyggerium will not be held liable for parcels lost in transit. Customers have to bear the cost of shipping items back to our warehouse.
Please allow 14 business days (on receipt of the parcel) for the return to be processed and credited to your account.
No Return or Exchange will be accepted for the following:
- Accessories (jewellery, keychains, earrings)
- Beauty & Grooming products (soap, essential oil)
- Plants (including growing kit)
- Pre-order items / Customized (Made-to-order) items
- Sale items
The only exception permitted in the case of Excluded items is in the case of faulty or damaged items (βDefective merchandiseβ). In this case, the merchandise will be returned to the supplier or for independent assessment by a third party to determine whether the merchandise is defective. Merchandise damaged as a result of fair wear and tear will not be accepted as defective. If the merchandise is determined to be defective merchandise, the customer will be entitled to repair or refund in credits as appropriate within the circumstances at the sole expense of the supplier. Hyggerium will use its best efforts to secure such repairs or refund on behalf of the customer but accepts no liability whatsoever howsoever arising from the defective items supplied by the supplier.
