Terms & Conditions / Disclaimer
By submitting a custom design, image, or artwork for printing, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Intellectual Property & Copyrights
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all uploaded files do not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights (e.g. copyright, trademark, or licensing agreements).
We will not print designs featuring copyrighted or trademarked characters, logos, or content (e.g. Disney, Marvel, anime, brand logos, etc.) unless you can provide valid written permission or licensing rights from the original owner.
If your submission contains potentially copyrighted material, we reserve the right to reject the order and will contact you for clarification or revision.
Example:
If you upload a design featuring characters from Disney or Marvel without providing licensing proof, your order will be placed on hold or rejected.

2. Offensive, Explicit or Inappropriate Content
We do not accept images or artwork that contain:

• Nudity, sexually explicit, or suggestive imagery
• Graphic violence, gore, or disturbing visuals
• Hate speech, discriminatory messages, or symbols
• Politically sensitive or socially offensive content
  

We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our sole discretion if the content is deemed inappropriate or offensive for public display or distribution.

3. Customer Responsibility
You are fully responsible for the content you submit for customization.
We will not be held liable for any legal claims or disputes arising from unauthorized use of copyrighted or offensive material submitted by you.
Please ensure all artwork is in print-ready quality, and double-check spelling, layout, and colors before submission.

4. Rejection and Refund
If an order is rejected due to content violation, you will be notified. Refunds or design changes may be offered on a case-by-case basis.
