FAQ – Customization Service
1. What items are eligible for customization?
We offer customization on selected products only. Eligible items will be clearly marked on the product page with “Customizable” or similar tags. If you're unsure, feel free to contact us before placing your order.
2. What customization options are available?
Customization options may include names, short messages, initials, or design variations depending on the product. You’ll be able to input your customization details on the product page before checkout.
3. Is there an extra charge for customization?
Yes, a small customization fee may apply, depending on the product and type of personalization. The cost will be shown clearly during checkout.
4. How long does customization take?
Customized orders typically take 3–7 working days to process before shipping. We’ll notify you once your order is ready for dispatch.
5. Can I make changes after placing the order?
If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we may be able to accommodate changes. Please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. Once the customization process begins, changes are no longer possible.
6. Can I return or exchange a customized item?
Customized items are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless there’s a defect or mistake on our part. Please double-check all spelling and details before confirming your order.
7. What happens if there’s an error in the customization?
If we made a mistake, we’ll remake and resend your item at no extra cost. If the error was due to incorrect input during ordering, we’re happy to help remake it at a discounted rate.
8. Can I bulk order customized items (e.g., for events or corporate gifts)?
Yes! We offer bulk customization for events, weddings, and corporate gifts. Please contact us directly for a quote and lead time.
